The
Waldo Ave. Restoration Branch women's group is trying to start small
groups so we can follow the scriptures admonition for the older women to teach
the younger women. This would involve the older women teaching classes on
how to can, sew, home decor, sharing testimonies, and witnessing. We feel that
all of the women have gifts and talents to offer to one another; it is just
finding what our gifts are and using them to better the kingdom that slows us
all down. We want the women to get to know one another
better, so that we are more like sisters rather than acquaintances that meet
once in a while.
We are starting a study group, to study
Isaiah, that will meet at different homes of the women.
Our desire is that we can be a part of the
cause to build
